A glowing skin never goes out of style. No matter how old you are, skin radiancy is always a talked about topic. We might want radiant skin, but it is not easy to get radiant, glowing skin. Moreover, it is not easy to keep getting the glow and radiancy.

Cosmetologists in Lahore say that healthy, radiant skin is reminiscent of a healthy body. you can get a glow from makeup products but that glow will not last. So to get a natural glow, you need to keep a healthy body.

Your skin type does not matter when achieving this goal because in no way will it make your skin look greasy or blotchy or oily. The natural radiance is illuminating and it is the perfect look for you at all times.

A radiant look never gets old. And once you get it you will never be able to say no to it. In steps of getting radiant skin, you will also get a healthy body.

Here are 05 ways you can stay youthful, radiant, and get glowing skin!

Drink Up

I have never seen so much emphasis on anything like I have seen on hydration. A cosmetologist, a surgeon, even a dermatologist will tell you the same thing and that is to stay hydrated! You cannot imagine the immense benefits that hydration has.

A hydrated body removes toxins and waste from the body, making the skin looking clean, fresh, and radiant. It also helps in nutrient transportation and provides skin cells with oxygen which makes the skin supple and plump. Hence a more attractive, radiant, and youthful skin appears.

Exfoliation

Sometimes what we do is that use a variety of products on our skin. The next day we simply wash the face and then again use different products. Makeup, dirt, and pollution fill up in the pores of the skin even when they are washed. They clog the pores causing a break out on the skin. When the skin is filled with clogged pores and dead skin cells, it in no way is going to look radiant.

This is when exfoliation comes forward. Exfoliation removes dirt from the pores and sloughs dead skin cells off the skin. It also removes any dullness from the skin. Exfoliants can come in the form of scrubs or they can come in the form of chemical peels such as glycolic acid peel. Just using an exfoliant twice or thrice a week will do the trick.

Skincare Routine

“Beauty is in the skin! Take care of it, oil it, clean it, scrub it, perfume it”

I am not a vivid follower of any skincare routine. But what I most believe in is moisturizing, sunscreen, and using the hyaluronic acid serum. These three make the best combination for my skin and it is simple enough for me to remember and I now do it unconsciously. To be honest, my skin has never looked better.

To get that radiancy, you need to protect your skin from sun damage as well as chemical damage. Wearing sunscreen before going out really does work. Putting on moisturizer keeps your skin from constantly drying out. Serums work according to their formulas. If I am putting on a vitamin C serum it is going to brighten my complexion. In the same way, if I am using a glycolic acid serum it is going to even out my skin tone.

Choose the best skincare routine for your skin and mix it up a little and find the perfect balance that doesn’t make your skin go heavy or dull but keeps it natural and dewy.

Eat healthy

Your outside is what you eat on the inside. Oily, spicy, and non-healthy foods might be fulfilling for the time being but the post eating results are as clear as day on the skin. You cannot get gorgeous, healthy-looking skin if you don’t eat the right way.

The right way doesn’t mean that you should switch to salads or greens only, but you eat moderately without stepping over the line. I love desserts or mainly anything sweet but I try to keep my cravings under a leash. If I will not eat healthily I cannot want my skin to be radiant as well.

Radiant and natural-looking skin is actually just a few steps away. All you have to do is follow in the footpath and make your way to a radiant, glowing, youthful you!
